Upon appointments support can be done with our remote desktop support tools. In order to use these tools you must meet the following requirements :

Use a Windows 2000, XP or Vista workstation.
Use a Internet explorer 6 or more.
Use Firefox 1.5 or more.
Be sure to have the privileges to install a ActiveX (For IE) or to run an executable (For Firefox) on your workstation.
